Cell Phone...
Well about 5 months ago I lost my cell phone and had to get a new one. But t-mobile makes you do an "upgrade" and then signs you on for another 2 year contract. Well yesterday James carried my phone around because his phones battery died and his charger is at work. So today is my laundry day and I was washing the "darks" and when I put them in the dryer it was making this really loud sound. I just thought that it was because it was a pretty big load and it was all the jeans buldging(sp no clue) up. Well when the load was done in the dryer I open the door and soon realize that loud noise was my poor cell phone. So now since it hasn't been a year and a half since my last "upgrade", I have to get a "go" phone... lame. It's so lame because my phone wasn't even a freakin upgrade. It was a phone and that was it, no camara, no mp3 player, no internet.... a phone. So anyway, Liz and parents, you will just have to call James or the Losee's to get ahold of me.
1st Day of Preschool!
Our little girl is old enough for school. That is just the craziest thing for me to comprehend, I'm not old enough to have a preschooler. I told her she was going to go ride a big yellow bus and she was so excited. So we ran down the driveway and waited for her bus to come. And when she saw it she got really excited and then didn't have a problem at all to get on and leave mommy behind. She attends preschool at Shelley Elementary in American Fork. I'm really excited because her teacher is so cute and nice so I'm hoping all goes well with Andee's speech. We've already seen a huge improvement so hopefully preschool will help even more.

Potty Training for Nick!
Well this will be interesting. I finished potty training Andee a few weeks ago and so I decided I'd better get Nick as well. But we started this morning and he's not doing too good. But what can I expect on the first day? But he loves sitting on the toilet, and since he sees Andee and me go to the bathroom, he thinks he needs to wipe so it's pretty funny. So I'm hoping for the best.

Here are a few things people may not know about me:
*I am a very organized person. I've spent at least 5 hours organizing my storage unit that will be vacated once we move in the near future. I've spent, I don't even know how much on baskets and bins. I have a label maker and put labels on everything. But then when it comes to life priorties, I'm very disorganized.
*I talk to myself. Like when no one is around I talk out loud as if someone was there. Haha, that's pretty funny, I can't believe I'm actually admitting to that. But I've done it ever since I can remember, and when I was younger I thought that's what everyone did.
*I love scratching my wrinkles. Pretty weird but this is another habit of mine that I've had ever since I can remember. My brother taught me this one when I was about 3, and it's stuck with me. So let me explain if you are wondering what "wrinkles" are. When you wear tight socks or tight whatever, and it leaves an indention in your skin, those are wrinkles. When I was younger I would purposely put on tight socks and walk around for a couple of minutes so I could scratch my skin...wow pretty sad when I say it out loud.
*I love watching UFC fights with James
*I secretly love playing computer games with James, such as World of Warcraft (no longer play) and Lord of the Rings Online (our new fad). On WoW, I got two characters to level 60 (a lot of playing involved) and decided I had invested enough time into playing a computer game and stopped playing. I also hated logging into the game and everyone asking where "Magina" (James character's name) was and when he could run an "instance" with him. An instance is another name for a really long, dragged out 5 hours.
*Favorite Tivo shows: Law and Order SVU, Law and Order CI, Oprah, Dr. Phil, UFC, oh and you can't forget Real World
*I'm a very cranky person in the morning, if I'm hungry, or if I don't get my way, which leads to...
*I'm super stubborn, like to the point of being ridiculous
*I hate "convenient"/fake friends. These are people who only call if they need something or when it's convenient for them. Also when you know they talk trash about you behind your back and then when they see you, they act like you're best friends.
*Absolutely hate when people compare my kids to other kids or to their own kids. This is a definite no no when you get around me. Because those of you who know my kids, they aren't like the "normal" kids. My 3 and 2 year old still don't talk in sentences and people seem to think it's something that I'm doing wrong or not enough of. People ask if I read to them to make sure I'm doing everything possible in my power to see if that's where the problem is. It's just hard for some people to grasp that every child in this world is different... for a reason.
*I love having not to worry about counting calories, or carbs, or making sure my sugar intake isn't too high. And not having to feel guilty about missing a morning jog or a nightly sit up in case of a 5 lbs gain. Or asking people if my pants make me look fat. Which leads to...
*I then hate being skinny because people always ask if I ever eat. Or if I'm anorexic (which has always boggled my mind because what if I was?? do people ever think about that?). Or telling me that I'm disgusting for being skinny and "how nice that would be". Telling me how sick it is that I still weigh the same that I did in high school. Saying "I used to look like you and it doesn't last, so please take advantage of it", that just means genetics kicked in for you for the worst. Has it ever occurred to some people that there is such a thing called genetics and whether you like it or not, I'm going to look like this my whole life because my grandma was skinny, and my dad is skinny to this day at age 64.
*I love watching chick flicks, favorites are The Holiday, Pride and Prejudice, A Walk to Remember, The Notebook, Enchanted
*I love spending time with family. I could sit for hours and visit with my Dad. When I still lived at home and we would be "closing the day" out, we would always get into deep conversations that would last awhile. When you get Joseph, my parents, and I involved in a conversation that equals trouble. Today I went and hung out with Liz for her birthday and it was so nice to talk to her about things that we've never talked about. It's hard just talking when you have 5 kids running around you, 4 of which are under the age of 3. But today made me really realize how important family is to have around you. Even though my family isn't the mooshy gooshy type and express our feelings, we all know that we love and care about each other.
*I would love to learn how to oil paint like my dad and become great at it like he is.
*On March 21, 2007 I had a breast augmentation surgery scheduled and backed out a week before.
*Before I turn 40 I would love to be able to go to Europe again and visit Hawaii
*I love watching movies. If it wasn't for my current job as being a mom, I could and would watch movies all day long. James and I have a habit of buying movies before we see them (sometimes a really big mistake) but it has ended us with more than 200 movies. Most of our movies we have watched more than 5 times each.
*I absolutely HATE when people parent my kids when I'm sitting right there. It's like hello, I'm the parent so let me be the parent. And I especially love it when it's people that don't even have kids of their own. It's like, "so you obviously think you're better at being a parent than someone who has kids". Yeah, totally bugs me.
So that's me, now it's everyone's turn who reads my blog.
